Thriving Together

Caring Conversations Marriage and Family Therapy (CCMFT) was honored to participate as a mental health resource at Community Connect – Thriving Together: Nurturing Wellness in the Family and in You, hosted by the National Coalition of 100 Black Women and the California Black Women's Health Project.

During the event, our CEO had the privilege of speaking with community members about the importance of prioritizing mental health and emotional well-being. Through meaningful conversations, she connected with participants who openly shared their hopes, concerns, life experiences, and the challenges they face, while also learning about the mental health resources and services available to support them.

Events like these are invaluable opportunities to reduce stigma, increase awareness, and strengthen the connection between mental health professionals and the communities they serve. We are grateful to have been part of such an inspiring event and look forward to continuing our commitment to promoting wellness, education, and access to quality mental health care throughout our community.
