A little more about Hailey

Welcome. I’m so glad you’re here and considering taking this step in your healing journey. My goal is to help clients recognize the strength they already possess and feel empowered to create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

I have experience working with clients across the lifespan and provide support for anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and complex family dynamics. I understand that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and I strive to create a space where clients of all ages feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard.

My approach is person-centered and collaborative. I integrate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and mindfulness to support clients in developing insight, coping skills, and self-compassion. Together, we will work at a pace that feels comfortable and aligned with your goals.

I earned my undergraduate degree in Communications from Anderson University in South Carolina and my Master’s in Social Work from Arizona State University. Born and raised in California, I’m grateful to call this beautiful state home once again. Outside of my work, I enjoy ice skating, surfing, reading, music, and cultivating meaningful relationships.

I look forward to the opportunity to connect with you and support you in this season of growth.
