I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in both Texas and California. I am a Registered Play
Therapist™ and EMDR Certified. I have 8 years of experience working with children, families, and adults
treating primarily depression, anxiety, life transitions, childhood sexual abuse, and PTSD. I utilize client-
centered and humanistic approaches infused with expressive arts to assist clients in healing and better
understanding themselves. I also utilize EMDR to assist with processing trauma. My goal with each client
is to be with them for a short time on their journey to healing and self-discovery. I believe every
individual has the capacity to improve and feel better and I am always honored to be apart of that
journey.
